Don't repeat these mistakes and learn from the countless faux pas being repeated in archviz daily. You are welcome ;)
After the hot summer, which I suppose you all enjoyed, we are all getting back to our schools and offices, sitting back behind our computers to hit the ground again: to strike with the best visuals ever, to push the creativity to it's limits, to show the world what's inside you through your works.
If your job is also your hobby and passion, you don't mind creating new 3D stuff at anytime. Even on Sunday morning.
Last week we started cooperating with aXYZ design, a company renowned for their 3D scanned human models. Using these 3D people in images drastically cuts down on postproduction time, making them popular among 3D artists all over the world. Many of them use these models to enrich their archviz animations. Some opt instead to just use them only for background, and photoshop the foreground people. No matter how you use them, there are countless reasons to jump on the bandwagon and add 3D people to your assets repository.
Green! Green! Green everywhere! We were working with a greenscreen background to get a simpler cutout assets for our upcoming scenes.
So we decided to roll up our sleeves and build our first node, a hulking €5500 beast. I planned to call it Thor, The Mighty... but we encountered some minor issues. Therefore Frankenstein, meet everyone. Everyone, meet Frankenstein ;)
During last few years, being present on Architectural visualization market, we received literary hundreds of request to sneak-peek on our workflow, our 3D scenes and Postproduction files, which we consider being the main reason why people like our images. For many years, we tried to keep it under the hood, not to share directly our PSD files, or any other finished and full scenes. But the change is inevitable.
We have been featured in Phantasia 2 - the book dedicated to Czech and Slovak CGI artists. Have a look at proud artists holding the hardcover book :)
Look under the hood of our last weekend shoot for the upcoming tutorial we are preparing for you!
Short before Christmas I received an email from our fan Francesca from Italy about making a surprise for their friend, if we could help them out...
We've got a surprise for you: get a Ninja account and you will automatically get our Interior 3D scene with PSD postproduction file.
2 days of postproduction... have a look what our students managed to do in these 2 photoshop days with skilled lecturer from FlyingArchitecture.
After a year of the new FlyingArchitecture portal, we decided to make a big change. This step was done as a first part of the big simplification process we will undergo in next few months.
Brno is a city close to Prague, Vienna and Bratislava. Come and join us for the upcoming event and boost your skills.
It seems like we will be able to superpower our Rhinoceros with a tool allowing us to use easy push/pull modeling capabilities inside our fav NURBS software. Check out the video to see what we are so enthusiastic about! :)
