the 3d model opens in groups, so it's not modular.
for example all the stitches of all pillows are in 1 group.

the textures are loaded correctly but not visualized. I'm confused

Hello, sorry for the confusion - it's easy to Ungroup stitches, we can do that if needed. But it's a matter of seconds.
What does it mean the textures are loaded correctly, but not visualized? Please contact us via email, we'll have a look at the issue immediately.

As for the model, it appears to be a mesh model and not NURBS.
To that, - and this is may be my problem - as the file is in mm and I work in meters, when changing and scaling the units I have an issue with the texture and /or mapping... may it be bcs it's a mesh model?
On the other hand, pls Matus, work on the 'modular' part of the model as it requires work to clean it up and arrange the modules.

Thank you for the notes man. It may happen we miscategorize some files, this is fixed now. Regarding the mapping: In some cases we use triplanar, so you will have to set the general size of the mapping in V-Ray material editor. however, this is just about 1% of the models here.
However, what you will have to do for sure, is to set the multiplier on normal (bump) map - since we use mm, our acceptable value might be 1, however, if you switch to m, you will have to adjust that to 0.001.

I bought this model and it's way too big...700mb for a couch?
It's pretty much un workable
