The Model Does Not work, I will be requesting my money back. Plus it says includes textures and it does not

Hello, I just checked the product - both model and textures are included and are working flawlessly. Can You please specify how is it possible You cannot see the textures, that are included right in the folder, along with the model? What software do You use to open the archive? What software do You use to open the 3D model? Thank You.
