Very highly detailed 3D model of a grown date palm, available for Rhinoceros 5 + V-Ray 3.6 and Rhinoceros 6 + V-Ray Next Upd2, model is also available as a proxy file for Rhino and V-Ray.

you can use FBX model, but the model itself isn't optimized for UE.
