FlyingArchitecture goes Real-Time

Despite the 2020 being the most shitty year ever due to the covid crisis, we managed to develop a new, upgraded workflow, that will let us help our clients to showcase their projects better than ever before. In addition to Rhinoceros and V-Ray, we mastered Blender, Unreal Engine and After Effects to reach virtual reality tours, that will help to present your project in an unprecedented way.

The magic is hidden in a possibility to walk freely in such environment: you don't need a super high specced computer - you get a executable file and you can use the mouse and arrows to walk and look around - just like you were playing a game, or standing in the room by yourself!

Here are some stills from the real time scenery we prepared, all high resolution and HQ:

Can you do a tutorial about U.E., Please? Really guys, you are a masters!
Thank you for your nice words :) I beleieve our guys did an amazing job, but we still feel there is a long way to go to be able to make tutorials for UE :) We'll definitely put it on the list!
Look awesome! Any part of this project from Blender? Or were they all from Rhino modeling?
Thank you, Blender was used mostly for cleaning the geometry and UVs. Furniture models are mesh based, Rhino was only used for modeling the flat.

Terrain sculpting tools in UE4 provide a very smooth experience and with addition of alpha brushes you can get pretty realistic detail. However sculpting large-scale believable terrains is a time consuming process and you need a keen eye for how the terrain is formed in the real world.

Receiving the source files meas only one thing: categorizing, cleaning, purging, repairing and remodelling. No matter who the client is, no matter what software they use, it's always necessary to get the geometry fixed to avoid possible and probable issues during the later stages. We also spend hours on studying local characteristics - typical country colors, people, cars, road marks, atmospheres - to bring them into the image and to create a believable story.
