When i added the material on Sketchup, the scale of the tiles is too large. How do i fix this?

Use a mapping widget. I don't know how it works in Sketchup, as we don't use SU at all. But there should be some mapping option for sure.

If using R5 + V-Ray 3.6, you'll need to apply the pavers material to an object, then apply the Fur widget to the same object.
