hi I purchased this material, I rhinoceros 5.0 with vray 3.6 I go to add the material and it is not loaded into the asset v-ray editor. how can i solve?

Hello, can you be more specific? If you add it, how come it's not loaded ? Any issue message, or not visible material, or anything else?
